DIP MIX

Basic recipe instructions

Mix one package of Dip'n Good Dips with 1 1/4 cup of sour cream and 3/4 cup of mayonnaise.

Alternate recipe instructions

** Mix one package of Dip'n Good Dips with 2 cups yogurt

** Mix one package of Dip'n Good Dips with 8 Oz. cream cheese & 8 oz. sour cream

Lower calorie substitutions:

Low calorie mayonnaise (not salad dressing) and low fat sour cream may be used in our dips. You can also use 2 cups sour cream and no mayonnaise if you prefer. We suggest you do not use fat free sour cream as the texture is not the same.

Additional Suggestions:

* Make a cheeseball using 2 packages of cream cheese with 1 package of your favorite dip mix.

*Sprinkle your favorite dry dip mix such as “Garlicky Garlic”, “Louisiana Cajun”, “Classic Onion” on chicken, roasts, hamburgers before cooking.

*Cut up vegetables such as yellow squash, red peppers, green peppers, and onion. Sprinkle the dry seasoning on the vegetables and toss with olive oil, wrap in aluminum foil and bake in oven until just steamed. This is especially good with the “Louisiana Cajun”, “Garlicky Garlic”, and “Salsa Excitement”.

* Add a package of “Veggie Patch” to your vegetable soup.

* Mix “Dill & Lemon” as a dip and spread on fish.

* Use “Spinach Original” in a sourdough bread bowl.

* Sprinkle “Dill & Lemon” over turkey breast and cook in crock pot. Delicious!

* Add “Garlicky Garlic” dry mix to mashed potatoes.

SWEET TREATS

Basic recipe instructions

Combine ¼ cup hot water, 1 Package Sweet Treat Mix with 8 oz. of Cream Cheese. Mix well. Fold in 8 oz. of whipped topping. Chill 2-4 hours.

Lower calorie substitutions:

Whipped topping both “Lite” and “Free” and “Low fat” and “Fat Free” cream cheese may be substituted.

Additional Suggestions:

* Serve chocolate cake with “Raspberry Sweet Treat” filling.
* Use any of the “Sweet Treats” as a filling for angel food cake.
* Mound “Sweet Treats” in center of plate, surround with fresh fruit such as strawberries with “Chocolate Sweet Treat”.
* Serve with vanilla wafers or graham crackers.
* Mix with 2 packages of cream cheese and no whipped topping and use as a bagel spread. Raspberry is awesome!
